Rose is an exceptional real estate agent. She was the listing agent on selling our house, and our buyers agent in buying our new home. She performed both tasks with exceptional skill, attention to detail, and responsiveness to our needs. And there were problems. Our old house needed some work and the septic system failed its inspection and had to be replaced. She helped us find contractors, negotiate costs, and/or provided the labor herself, because she is also a general contractor. She also helped us perform some work on our new home, after it closed. Further, she helped us negotiate problems with the loan for the new owners of our house. In the end, we probably traded more than 100 emails, texts, phone calls, and visits. Rose was always available, even when she was on vacation. We highly recommend her, without reservation.

My husband and I met Ms. Taylor while home shopping in Maryland. She was sincerely friendly, refreshingly honest and very knowledgeable about about buying and selling real estate in the DC/MD/VA area. It's hard to find someone that solidly hits on all of those points. Needless to say, we asked her to list our home and help us find another. Her sales and marketing strategy were highly effective. Within a month were were under contract and she did a great job in negotiating both the sale and purchase of both homes. It's so stressful to buy, sell, move etc. Rose too much of that worry out of the process; she went over the HUD sheet with a fine tooth comb finding all sorts of mistakes in our favor. AND, should you need to know the cost of repairs, additions, alterations to any home; she can get firm figures on that usually by days end. She has a short list reputable contractors that do excellent work on a moments notice (and I'm not talking about Angie's List). In a nutshell; Ms. Taylor is a seasoned and solid agent who truly is looking out and negotiating in your best interest.

Rose is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the real estate market and extraordinarily good at what she does. I was completely shocked to have a salesperson just listen and take notes during our first meeting. I would later realize it was because she wanted to completely understand our expectations, which hit home for my wife and I. She was somehow able to make our buying experience enjoyable, which I thought was supposed to be one of life’s most stressful times. It was more like a walk on the beach, thanks to her!
She made sure to have a holistic understanding of where we were coming from and where we wanted to be, which enabled her to choose the perfect location and home. My experience with Rose Taylor was wonderful! I met her through a friend and meeting her for the first was like I had been knowing her for years. Rose is the best real estate agent that I have ever met. She sold my house which sold in no time and helped me to find a place to rent. I have referred her to numerous people that she has help whether it be selling their homes or finding another place to buy or rent. Rose works very hard and is always there when you need her. I contacted Rose after a friend referred her to me. I wanted to sell my house in Lanham and buy a house in Southern MD. Rose gave me a list of minor things to do in preparation of listing my house. At that point I listed it with Rose and within thirty days it was sold. We received the full listing price and settled within 60 days of the signed contract. At this point we had not even started looking at houses to purchase. So Rose took my wife and me in search of a new home. After a few weeks and visiting many homes Rose suggested we find temporary housing that we could move into as we searched for our dream home. Again Rose helped us in finding temporary housing. And this was a good thing as it took over a year and we (My wife and Rose mostly) visited well over a hundred homes. Well we finally fund our dream home. Rose put an offer in and we were able to close in twenty days. This being the 4th house my wife and I have owned over the last Thirty years. Rose worked very hard with me for 2 years trying to find another suitable home to purchase, she is not working with my brother to find him a home. She is a great person to work with, always upbeat, and willing to go out of her way to help us with anything. My experience with Mrs. Taylor was FANTASTIC. I actually don't think there are enough words to describe how unbelievably dedicated she is to not only her work, but to her clients. She worked endlessly, day in and day out, to find my fiance and I the house of our dreams. She never once made us believe that finding a home with our certain expectaions, budget and timeframe was impossible. She always encouraged us to never give up hope and that we WILL find our place to call home. Even through her hardest & difficult times, she put her own feelings to the side for us. That is something you will not find in another agent! With that said, after only 3 months and 15 houses later, we are finally closing on the house of our dreams next saturday! I have used Rose Taylor for the past 10 years. She is far and away the best real estate agent I have ever experienced ( I have bought and sold over 20 properties). During the past 10 years she has found the home I'm currently in, sold my previous home, sold my mother's town house, sold my daughters home (which a previous agent had listed for over a year and she sold it in 2 months) sold my daughter her existing home, and sold my son his existing home. She is HONEST, always available, honors commitments and works tirelessly until the settlement is complete. I would never consider having any other agent represent me or my family.
